The Executive Team drives the company’s vision, strategy, and growth. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) sets the long-term vision, focusing on Alberta-first expansion and cultural inclusivity. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees daily operations, optimizing logistics and scaling services across cities.

This team ensures seamless execution of GrubDeli’s services. The Vendor Success division onboard and supports local businesses, prioritizing cultural enterprises in the African Market Hub. Rider Operations recruits and trains delivery partners, emphasizing safety and earnings transparency. Logistics optimizes delivery routes and partnerships to enhance efficiency, particularly in rural and urban Alberta regions.
Responsible for building and refining GrubDeli’s apps, this team combines technical expertise with user-centric design. Mobile Development maintains and updates the consumer, vendor, and rider apps across iOS and Android. UX/UI Design focuses on intuitive interfaces, especially for the African Market Hub. Data Analytics leverages AI to predict demand, optimize pricing, and improve delivery routes, ensuring a scalable and adaptive platform.
This team amplifies GrubDeli’s presence across Alberta. Digital Marketing executes SEO, social media, and geo-targeted campaigns to attract users and vendors. Community Partnerships builds relationships with multicultural groups and organizations like the Alberta Black Entrepreneurs Association. Content Creation produces blogs, videos, and testimonials to highlight success stories and culturally relevant offerings.
Dedicated to user satisfaction, this team ensures smooth experiences for all stakeholders. Customer Support provides 24/7 assistance via chat, email, and phone, resolving issues promptly. Quality Assurance monitors app performance and user feedback to refine features like real-time tracking and payment systems.

This division safeguards compliance and fosters a thriving workplace. Legal Counsel handles contracts, data privacy, and adherence to Alberta’s gig economy regulations. Human Resources drives recruitment, diversity initiatives, and bilingual support programs to reflect Alberta’s multicultural communities.
